End-User License Agreement

1. Agreement & Acceptance

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA"), together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes a binding legal agreement between you ("You", "User", or "End-User") and Brylle Seraspe ("Developer", "We", "Us", or "Our"), the owner and developer of PCSO CodeX (also published as PCSO Lotto Results Guide Live, collectively referred to as the "Application" or "App").

By downloading, installing, copying, or using the Application on your mobile phone, tablet, or other device, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with all terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the Application, and promptly delete it from your device.

The Application is licensed, not sold, to You for use strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Scope of License

Subject to your complete and ongoing compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Developer grants You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited personal license to download, install, and execute one copy of the Application solely on devices that You own or control, and strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and informational purposes.

3. Restrictions & Prohibited Conduct

You agree that You will not, and will not permit or authorize any third party to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to derive the source code of or underlying ideas, algorithms, or structure of the Application or any component thereof.
• Modify, adapt, translate, enhance, or create derivative works from the Application.
• Use the Application for any commercial, revenue-generating, or business purposes without express prior written consent from the Developer.
• Distribute, sell, lease, rent, sublicense, assign, or otherwise transfer your rights in the Application to any other individual or entity.
• Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means or interface to access the Application, extract data, or bypass technical measures used to prevent or restrict access.
• Interfere with, disable, or tamper with any security features, digital rights management, or advertising systems (including AdMob integrations) of the Application.
• Use the Application for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

4. Non-Affiliation & Official Sources

The Application provides information regarding Philippine lottery draws, prize payouts, draw schedules, and historical records. You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Application is developed independently by Brylle Seraspe and is NOT an official product of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) or the Philippine Government.
• The Application has not been reviewed, sponsored, authorized, or endorsed by the PCSO or any government department.
• All official information and authoritative draw confirmations must be obtained directly through authorized PCSO channels:
  • PCSO Official Website (www.pcso.gov.ph)
  • PCSO Search Lotto Results Official Database
  • Official PCSO YouTube Live Stream Channel
  • Authorized physical PCSO lotto retail outlets located throughout the Philippines.

5. No Real-Money Gambling, Betting, or Ticket Sales (18+ Requirement)

The Application does not conduct, facilitate, or promote real-money gaming, online gambling, or ticket wagering:

• No Ticket Sales: You cannot purchase official PCSO lottery tickets, place wagers, or buy betting slips through this Application. All tickets must be bought at licensed, authorized physical PCSO outlets or authorized government platforms.
• No Prize Claims: The Application cannot be used to redeem, validate, or collect lottery prizes. All prizes must be claimed directly with authorized PCSO retail outlets, PCSO branch offices, or the PCSO Main Office in accordance with official rules.
• Age Restriction: In accordance with Philippine law (Republic Act No. 1169 as amended) and PCSO rules, participation in PCSO lottery games is strictly prohibited for minors under 18 years of age.
• Responsible Play: Lottery games are games of chance designed solely for adult entertainment and charitable funding. They should never be considered an investment or a dependable source of income. If you or someone you know is experiencing gambling-related issues, please seek professional support.

6. Informational Accuracy & Verification Disclaimer

While we take reasonable steps to ensure that draw results, prize tables, and schedules displayed in the Application are timely and accurately reproduced from public broadcasts and releases:

• Human and Technical Errors May Occur: Transmission delays, data feed interruptions, typing errors, or network anomalies may cause results shown in the Application to differ from official figures.
• Mandatory Outlet Verification: You must always cross-check and validate your physical tickets with an official barcode scanner at an authorized PCSO lotto outlet or against official televised broadcasts before claiming winnings or disposing of any ticket.
• No Liability for Destroyed Tickets: Under no circumstances shall the Developer be liable for any lost winnings, missed claims, or discarded tickets resulting from reliance upon data displayed in the App.
• Number Generators & Statistical Tools: Number generators (Lucky Pick, Codex generator) and statistical analysis features (hot/cold numbers, frequencies) are purely for entertainment. They reflect mathematical history and random number generation; they do NOT increase your odds of winning nor predict future draw results.

7. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The Application may offer optional digital purchases, including auto-renewing subscriptions or non-consumable in-app purchases to remove third-party advertisements ("Remove All Ads"):

• Google Play Billing & App Store In-App Purchases: All billing, payment transactions, and currency conversions are handled exclusively by Google Play (for Android) or Apple App Store (for iOS). We do not collect or store your payment details.
• Billing & Auto-Renewal: If you select an auto-renewing subscription, your account will be billed at the specified interval (e.g., monthly, annually). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
• How to Cancel Subscriptions:
  • On Android (Google Play): Open the Google Play Store app > tap your Profile icon > tap Payments & subscriptions > tap Subscriptions > select PCSO CodeX > tap Cancel subscription.
  • On iOS (Apple): Open device Settings > tap your Apple ID profile > tap Subscriptions > select the subscription > tap Cancel Subscription.
• Refunds: All purchases are final and governed by the refund policies of the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. The Developer cannot issue direct monetary refunds.
• Restore Purchases: If you reinstall the Application or switch devices on the same platform and Google/Apple account, you can use the in-app "Restore Purchases" button to restore your ad-free status.

8. Advertisements & Third-Party Services

The Application may display advertisements served by Google AdMob and provide links to third-party websites or services:

• We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the content, products, or claims found in third-party advertisements or external websites.
• Any interaction, transaction, or relationship between You and an advertiser found within the Application is solely between You and the advertiser.
• Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You access third-party services entirely at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

Developer Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including its source code, databases, visual interface, user experience design, graphics, compilations, and documentation, are the exclusive intellectual property of Brylle Seraspe and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

Third-Party Trademarks: "PCSO", "Ultra Lotto 6/58", "Grand Lotto 6/55", "Super Lotto 6/49", "Mega Lotto 6/45", "Lotto 6/42", "6D Lotto", "4D Lotto", "3D Lotto / Swertres", "2D Lotto / EZ2", and related logos are registered trademarks of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office. Their reference in this Application constitutes nominative fair use solely for informational purposes to accurately identify the lottery games being discussed.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is essential to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of information associated with your use of the Application are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Application, you consent to the data handling practices described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS" & "AS AVAILABLE")

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

THE DEVELOPER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE DEVELOPER MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT: (I) THE APPLICATION WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS; (II) THE APPLICATION WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURELY, OR ERROR-FREE; (III) ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE DETECTED OR CORRECTED; (IV) THE RESULTS, DRAW TIMES, OR NOTIFICATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, TIMELY, OR RELIABLE; OR (V) THE APP WILL BE FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER, HIS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, GAMBLING LOSSES, DESTROYED LOTTERY TICKETS, DISPUTED PRIZES, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE APPLICATION EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) TO THE DEVELOPER FOR THE APPLICATION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED PHILIPPINE PESOS (PHP 100.00), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Developer and his licensors, suppliers, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Application; (b) your violation of any term of this Agreement; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

14. Term & Termination

This Agreement is effective from the date you download or access the Application and remains in effect until terminated.

• You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from all your devices.
• The Developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend your license and access to the Application at any time, without prior notice or liability, if you violate any provision of this Agreement.
• Upon termination, all rights granted to You under this Agreement will immediately cease, and You must immediately delete and destroy all copies of the Application in your possession.
• Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination.

15. Legal Compliance (Export & Trade Controls)

You represent and warrant that: (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to a United States Government embargo, or designated by the US Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) You are not listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and restrictions.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement and your use of the Application shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any legal action or dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement.

17. Severability & Entire Agreement

Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver: No failure or delay by the Developer in exercising any right or remedy under this Agreement shall operate as a waiver thereof.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, represents the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between You and the Developer regarding the Application, and supersedes all prior proposals, understandings, or communications.

18. Amendments to this Agreement

The Developer reserves the right, at his sole discretion, to modify or update this Agreement at any time. When updates are published, the "Last updated" date at the top of this document will be revised.

For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice within the Application or on this webpage. Your continued access to or use of the Application after revisions become effective signifies your agreement to be bound by the updated terms. If you do not accept the new terms, you must discontinue use of the App and uninstall it.
