This Privacy Policy explains how PCSO CodeX (also referred to as "the Application", "the App", "We", "Us", or "Our"), developed by Brylle Seraspe, collects, uses, processes, and protects information when you install, access, or use our mobile application on Android and iOS devices.

We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of your data. We design our Application with privacy principles in mind: we do not require account registration, we do not require your real name or personal identity to view lottery results, and we only collect technical data necessary for application stability, analytics, advertising, and notification services.

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with these terms.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal data to ensure the Application functions efficiently, provides timely draw updates, delivers relevant ads, and resolves technical errors. The data collected is categorized below:

• Device and Hardware Attributes: Device manufacturer, model, operating system version, system language, screen resolution, and available memory.
• Unique Device & Installation Identifiers: Firebase Installation ID (FID) to maintain app state and facilitate push notification delivery.
• Advertising Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (AAID) on Android devices, and Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS devices (subject to Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework). These identifiers are used by Google AdMob to deliver advertisements and detect ad fraud.
• Usage & Diagnostic Data: Aggregated app launch events, screen navigation history, session duration, user interaction events, and feature engagement via Google Analytics for Firebase.
• Crash Logs & Performance Diagnostics: Stack traces, device state at the time of an error, operating system build, and crash diagnostics collected via Firebase Crashlytics to detect and fix bugs.
• Network & Request Data: Internet Protocol (IP) address processed transiently by third-party servers to establish secure HTTPS communication and deliver lottery draw updates. We do not log or store full IP addresses to track individual identities.

B. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

• Local SQLite Database: Past PCSO draw results, lottery histories, and game schedules are cached locally on your device in an SQLite database to enable fast browsing and offline capability.
• User Preferences & Favorites: Your selected favorite games, custom saved lucky numbers or combinations, sound preferences, theme selections (light/dark mode), and notification toggle settings are saved strictly on your local device. This personal preferences data is never transmitted to or stored on external servers.

C. Information You Provide Voluntarily

• Support and Feedback Correspondence: If you contact our developer support team via email (e.g., at PCSOCodeX@gmail.com), we receive your email address, your name (as configured in your email client), and the contents of your message. This information is used strictly to investigate and respond to your inquiry.

We process the collected data for specific, lawful purposes including:

• Core App Functionality: Fetching, updating, and displaying real-time PCSO lotto draw results, prize distributions, and statistical guides.
• Push Notifications: Delivering timely draw alert reminders, winning number updates, and important announcements via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). You can disable notifications anytime in app settings.
• App Performance & Stability: Monitoring crash logs, identifying software bugs, and optimizing app speed across different Android and iOS versions via Firebase Crashlytics.
• Product Improvement & Analytics: Understanding aggregated user usage patterns to design intuitive interfaces and prioritize popular features via Google Analytics for Firebase.
• Advertising Services: Serving banner, interstitial, and native advertisements via Google AdMob to support the continued free maintenance and development of the Application.
• Subscription Verification: Confirming active "Remove Ads" purchases via Google Play Billing or Apple StoreKit.
• Customer Support: Responding directly to your bug reports, technical inquiries, and feedback.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The Application may offer an optional paid subscription or one-time in-app purchase (such as "Remove All Ads").

• Payment Processing: All financial transactions are processed securely through the Google Play Store (on Android) or Apple App Store (on iOS) using your registered store payment method.
• Zero Access to Financial Credentials: The developer does not collect, view, or store your credit card number, debit card number, bank details, or billing address.
• Subscription Management & Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Google Play Store account settings (Google Play Store > Profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions) or Apple ID settings.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are handled exclusively by Google Play or Apple in accordance with their standard store refund policies.

6. Data Retention Policy

• Local Device Data: Data saved in the Application's local database (cached results, favorites, preferences) persists on your device until you clear the app data or uninstall the application.
• Analytics & Crash Data: Google Analytics for Firebase retains user-level and event-level data in accordance with standard Google retention configurations (typically 2 to 14 months), after which it is automatically deleted. Firebase Crashlytics retains crash traces for up to 90 days.
• Customer Support Emails: Emails sent to our support inbox are retained only as long as necessary to resolve your issue and for subsequent quality assurance, typically not exceeding 12 months.

7. User Data Deletion Policy & Instructions

In full compliance with Google Play's User Data Policy, we provide clear mechanisms for users to request the deletion of any personal or associated data collected by our services:

Immediate Local Data Deletion (On Your Device):

You can immediately and permanently erase all locally cached results, user preferences, and saved lucky numbers directly on your phone:

• Android: Open your device Settings > Apps > PCSO CodeX > Storage > Clear Data / Clear Storage.
• Uninstalling the App: Deleting or uninstalling the Application from your device automatically removes all local SQLite data and stored preferences.

8. Children's Privacy (18+ Age Policy / COPPA)

Our Application is not directed toward children under the age of 13. Furthermore, because the Application features statistics and information related to PCSO lottery draws, which are governed by Philippine laws restricting lottery play to legal adults, the Application is intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13 years of age (or under 18). If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete such information from our records. 9. Opt-Outs & User Controls

You have full control over the data shared through your device:

• Personalized Advertising Opt-Out:
  • On Android: Navigate to Settings > Google > Ads and enable "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization".
  • On iOS: Navigate to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and turn off tracking permission for the App.
• Push Notifications: You can enable or disable push notifications at any time via the Application's settings menu or through your device's system settings under Notifications > PCSO CodeX.
• Ad-Free Experience: You may opt for an ad-free experience by purchasing the optional "Remove All Ads" in-app subscription.

10. Data Security Measures

We value your trust and implement industry-standard security safeguards to protect data:

• All network communications between the Application and Firebase/Google servers are encrypted using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS / HTTPS).
• No sensitive user passwords or credit card numbers are ever processed or stored on our servers.
• Local application databases are isolated within the sandbox security architecture provided by the Android and iOS operating systems.

Please note that while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have statutory privacy rights under relevant data protection legislation:

• Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173): As a resident of the Philippines, you are entitled to the rights of data subjects, including the right to be informed, right to access, right to object, and right to erasure or blocking of your personal data.
